By accessing zimamdr.com or requesting security briefings through our portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of this site.
2. Nature of Services & Operational Disclaimers
ZIMA MDR provides managed detection, threat intelligence, vulnerability visibility, and incident response services. Managed security operations are defensive disciplines designed to enhance visibility, reduce dwell time, and contain threats.
No Guarantee of Total Prevention: While ZIMA employs rigorous detection engineering and human investigation, no security service can guarantee 100% prevention of all security breaches, zero-day exploits, or adversary intrusions. Effective security is an ongoing collaborative practice between ZIMA and the client organisation.
3. Service Agreements (MSAs and SOWs)
Provision of active managed security operations, endpoint agent deployment, containment execution, and defined operational response SLAs are governed by separate, formal Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) executed between ZIMA MDR and client organisations.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, brand emblems, custom detection rules, and architectural documentation displayed on this website are the property of ZIMA MDR or their respective open-source project foundations.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
